- Who can use ETD?
Small- and medium-size businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the world. Our client base includes travel and logistics companies operating internationally who need a simple solution for their payment needs. Our scalable solutions allow us the flexibility to adapt to a wide variety of business models. - Where does ETD provide services?
ETD’s clients operate in Europe, East Asia, Central Asia, South Asia, North Africa and the Middle East. We are constantly innovating to steadily expand our operational footprint. - How much are your fees?
As a value-driven global enterprise, we deliver a premium service at an affordable cost. ETD uses a tiered pricing strategy determined by the number of monthly payouts to our clients and factoring in average transaction amounts. The average fees for most of our clients is a very competitive 1% of the total amount of payments we process for them, plus any wire fees, currency fees, or other transaction fees that we may incur on payments we handle.
- Is my money safe?
Yes. We provide a money-back guarantee for all our clients who suffer losses as a result of our negligence. If you don’t get paid and it’s our fault, we will make it right.
- What banks do you use?
Our banking network includes financial institutions around the world. Our home bank is Wells Fargo, a US-based international banking and financial services institution headquartered in San Francisco, California, with operations in the US and around the world.
- Is ETD compliant with international banking laws?
ETD is backed by a team of lawyers so we can maintain a rigorous compliance program. We continually evaluate and respond to the most current anti-money laundering laws and transparency regulations. We regularly review our compliance with FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and a variety of Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements in the jurisdictions we service.
